6/1/2013 ICA Flathead Bash (Open)

So on 6/1/2013  the ICA had the Flathead Bash Open tourney where only flatheads are weighed in. I fished this tourney with my wife Brandy Wallace. It started out a little weird because i launched out of the ramp directly across the river because its where they had it last year and it was listed at both ramps for this one but apparently i was the only one who chose the other ramp lol. My wife and had a lot of gills and decided to go a good ways up river and fish a creek that fed out into the Ohio. I must say i have not really learned how to target flathead on the big O. We caught 4-5 flatheads but nothing bigger than about 10-12 lbs. There was 21 boats  that showed up and i think we finished around 12th place or so. James Holcomb and Charles Breedlove got first place with a nice limit of flatheads. Them guys are great fishermen and have already taught me a thing or two.
