6-29-2013 EC Troy,IN

Hello all, on 6-29-2013 Extreme Catfishing had a tourney out of Troy,IN on the Ohio river. I fished this tourney with Chuck Breedlove and was the first time ever fishing with him and i was excited to hopefully learn a thing or two from him. I did not plan to fish this tourney as i had just got done fishing and had not slept yet in a day or so but couldnt pass the chance up to fish with Chuck when he called and asked if i wanted to fish it with him. We arrived a few hours early and went out to catch bait. Chuck threw the cast net for hours and we wasnt getting much shad at all, we got more carp than anything.  There was i think 7 boats that showed up for this tourney. Which was about as expected as Chad’s tourneys are pretty new and should get better with time. Chuck and i got out and started drifting some spots he knew but not getting much or any action. We anchored up on a spot and i caught a channel cat but did not hook it at all! I lassoed the fish somehow. We had a small emergency and had to go to the boat launch and wait for an ambulance. After they gave us the sort of OK lol we went back out and headed for the cannelton dam. We tried drifting and anchoring in about 4 spots and could just not hook up on anything.

First place with 33.40 lbs. Adam Winder and Randall McDaniel

Second place with 32.10 lbs. and Big Cat of 18.30 lbs. Team Extreme , Chad Waugh and Steve Imbody.

Third place with 23.25 lbs. Audie Hammond and Mr. Wamack.
