4-6-2013 ICA Patriot,IN Points Tourney

This tournament was tough fishing again. The weather was nice, around 70 degrees but wind at 20+mph. Water temp on the Ohio River was 47 degrees. I fished with my son Brandon Wallace who will most likely be fishing the rest with me. We tried fishing the main river for a couple hours with no real bites. I decided to go up to the creeks and try. We got up into 1 foot of water and water temp at 58 degrees. lots of freshly dead shad floating. Crawlers seemed to be doing the best int his shallow water. When i ran out of those i went to shad guts.

I caught 5 channels biggest around 5lbs. We got 4th place out of 24 boats. Only 9 of those boats weighed in fish.

The data and proof is really starting to show how bad this area is being hit by commercial fisherman taking fish to paylakes.
