2/23/2013 ICA Madison,IN

This ICA Open tournament on the Ohio River in Madison,IN i fished with my wife Brandy Wallace. It was early in the year with the water still pretty cold at around 43 degrees.

We fished a few spots trying to give the fish longer to find the bait but ended up with no fish to weigh in. The weather was not bad for this time of year. We had some good runs and bites but it seemed to be much smaller fish than we was after. Mostly only the locals did well in this tournament.
